Muriana honored with Tyler Award

Peter Muriana, FAPC food microbiologist and OSU animal science professor, was recently honored with the Don Tyler Award for professional achievement for his research, teaching and public service. His research interests include detection, characterization, and inhibition of foodborne pathogens and spoilage organisms. Muriana worked for Nabisco, and Purdue University before coming to OSU.
