Tuesday, February 15, 2011
The OSU Alumni Association will be showcasing the Official OSU Class Ring February 22-24 on the Stillwater campus.
Samples of the ring will be available and a representative from the Association will be taking questions and orders from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the south lobby of the Edmon Low Library.
The ring is available to alumni and current students with 60 or more credit hours. It was designed by a group of OSU students, alumni and administrators and is the only official ring recognized by the University.
Each ring is custom made in sterling silver or 10, 14 or 18-karat solid yellow or white gold. Rings are also available with or without diamonds or cubic zirconia.
Balfour, the manufacturer of the ring, has a six-month interest-free payment plan available for those interested.
The deadline to order a ring in time for the spring ring ceremony is March 1 and the deadline to order a ring in time for the spring commencement is March 11. Rings are available to view Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the ConocoPhillips OSU Alumni Center.
