OSU senior selected for double fellowship
Despite tough national competition, OSU mechanical engineering senior Daman Bareiss has received a two-fellowship package worth $124,000 to attend graduate school at the University of Utah and study medical robotics. Bareiss, from Coyle, has a 4.0 GPA, extra-curricular leadership activities, and undergraduate research experiences with several MAE faculty members. The fellowships come from the Integrated Graduate Education and Training program, and Achievement Rewards for College Scientists.
