OSU/A&M Regents approve personnel actions

During the OSU/A&M Board of Regents meeting in Goodwell today, regents approved the following personnel actions.

Appointments: Lobat Tayebi, was appointed to assistant professor, general engineering; Veronique Lacombe, was appointed to associate professor, physiological sciences,  Center for Veterinary Health Sciences; and Ronald Thrasher, was appointed to assistant professor, forensic sciences, Center for Health Sciences. Title Changes: Cheryl DeVuyst, academic affairs, change from Assistant Dean and Professor to Assistant Provost and Director of the Learning and Student Success Opportunity Center and Professor of Ag Economics. Michael Robinson, public safety, change from Director of Public Safety to Chief Public Safety Officer. Retirements: Michael Taylor, associate professor of Philosophy will retire effective August 1, 2012.
