The Oklahoma State University Panhellenic Council has received the Public Relations
Award from the National Panhellenic Conference. The honor is for the 2009 to 2011
biennuim.
OSU is recognized in the division for campuses with 10 or more chapters. During the
last biennium, the OSU Council received the Overall Excellence Award and the Leadership
Award.
“The best part about receiving this award is getting to showcase the achievements
of our chapters and the way we promote them to the campus and the public,” said Courtney
Skaer, External Vice President of the Panhellenic Council and the officer responsible
for completing the Public Relations Award Application.
Members of the Panhellenic Executive Council will travel to Austin on October 15 to accept the award at the National Panhellenic Conference Annual Meeting Awards Banquet.
“The Panhellenic Council is very proud of this award,” said Christine Harris, Panhellenic Council President. “We have worked hard to continue the success of our council and are very excited to be recognized for our outstanding achievements.”
