Students to host open house on Honduran trip
OSU students, who recently spent 16 days in the Honduras, will offer posters on learning elements from their trip during an open house set for Friday, April 29, from 2 - 4:30 p.m. in room 014 in Ag Hall.
The study-trip, hosted by the Department of Natural Resource Ecology & Management, was an eye-opening, learning adventure, affording students an opportunity to experience a culture and an environment very different from their familiar setting at home, according to trip leader Professor Tom Kuzmic.
The come-and-go open house will focus on topics that link the people and the land. Students will share their experiences and insights. Honduran coffee will be available.
