Cambridge and Wentz programs focus of events at Student Union
The Scholar Development Office at Oklahoma State University will be showcasing OSU’s prestigious Cambridge and Wentz Projects Research programs during two events next week at the Student Union.
The first event highlights the Cambridge summer program. For ten years OSU’s best undergraduates have enjoyed and benefitted from studying at Magdalene College in Cambridge, England. On Monday, November 16 at 6:30 p.m. in the Student Union Theater students interested in the program can hear from OSU faculty members who have taught courses during this summer program.
In addition students interested in applying for the Wentz Projects Research program can learn how to go through the Wentz application process. The Scholar Development Office is hosting a discussion on how to prepare an effective application and how to find andmaintain a productive relationship between mentors and students. The Wentz Research program provides a $4,500 stipend to students so they can conduct research with an OSU professor.
