CampusLink provides student org connection

CampusLink is a database for student organizations, leadership development and volunteer service at Oklahoma State Unversity. Facilitated by Campus Life, the database now includes and utilizes organizations' various social media platforms, in addition to other organization information.

All student organizations are required to keep the information up-to-date so students can contact them about membership and events. Students have access to more than 400 student organizations through CampusLink, including the Lumberjack Club, TOMS Shoes Club, and the Student Government Association.

Last semester, more than 300 campus events were advertised through the site.

In addition to hosting all campus organizations, CampusLink also hosts all major student organization elections such as the annual SGA, Residence Hall Association and Off Campus Student Association elections.

Another feature of CampusLink is the service hours page, which makes it easy for students to log and track hours to earn an honorary orange service cord that's worn during graduation. Undergraduates with more than 400 service hours are eligible for the honorary cord.

Co-curricular transcripts can also be found on CampusLink. These transcripts are verified university documents confirming each individual's involvement, leadership and service, while attending OSU. Such transcripts play an important role when students apply for graduate or professional school and for internship and job applications.

For more information about the co-curricular transcript or CampusLink, contact the Department of Campus life located in 211 Student Union or by phone at (405) 744-5488.
