Chef Erez Amos and Chef Ilan Roberg traveled from Israel to work with School of Hotel and Restaurant students to prepare for the Distinguished Chef dinner Thursday night. Chef Amos shows HRAD students how to prepare nougatine crisps for the dessert course.
