Extended dining hours 

University Dining Services (UDS) has extending dining hours for Caribou Coffee, Red Earth Kitchen, Baja Fresh, Johnny Rockets and Passport for the convenience of students, faculty and staff.

Caribou Coffee will be open until 11 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and Sunday; as well as 7:30 a.m.- 3 p.m., on Friday.

Red Earth Kitchen and Passport are open until 2 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Baja Fresh is open seven days a week, from 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Friday, 11:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. on Saturday and 5 – 10 p.m. on Sunday.

Johnny Rockets is open until 10 p.m., Monday through Thursday; and 7 p.m., Friday through Saturday.
