Mardi Gas Festival on campus

 The Student Union Activities Board is hosting a Mardi Gras Festival on Fat Tuesday (Tuesday, Feb. 21) from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on the Library Lawn (SU Ballroom is the rain location). The festival will include a king's cake contest as well as custom T-shirts, raffles, mask/crown making and prizes and games. 

Come and enjoy the free fun!Mardi Gras also will be celebrated inside the Student Union. The party starts at 11 a.m. with the Seretean Center Band performing followed by a traditional second line style parade. The festivities start on the second floor next to the Student Government Association complex and conclude in the Student Union Food Court where University Dining Services will be serving New Orleans-inspired dishes throughout the week.
