Mom's Day Craft Fair returns
Monday, April 9, 2012
The Mom’s Day Craft Fair returns to Oklahoma State University on Saturday, April 14 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Student Union Atrium. A popular tradition at OSU, the event is hosted by the Office of Parent and Family Relations and is being held for the first time in three years due to the Student Union renovation. The fair is a chance for students to show off the newly renovated Union to their parents.
“I think the best thing about the fair is that it gives students something fun to do with their families before the softball game and Spring Sing,” said Fran Gragg, coordinator of Parent and Family Relations. “It also gets them into the newly renovated Student Union where they can show their families where they eat, study and hangout.”
The show features vendors from across Oklahoma. There is sure to be something for everyone and it’s a great place to find an early Mother’s Day gift. Stillwater community members are encouraged to enjoy the fair and take the opportunity to see the new renovations to the Student Union.
Products for sale during the Mom’s Day Craft Fair include: hand-painted frames and décor; OSU themed décor; Scentsy products, purses, jewelry, kitchenware, aprons, handmade soaps, and much more.
