OSU Energy Conference to Feature Prominent Energy Industry Executives

Oklahoma State University’s Sixth Annual Energy Conference will highlight the latest topics in energy presented by energy industry executives from across the region. The conference will be held from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 17 at the Cox Business Convention Center in Oklahoma City.  

Conference topics will include the future of national gas, current risks in energy finance and economics, and an integration of technologies to address the world’s energy. Griff Jones, President and CEO of Twin Eagle Resource Management in Houston, will be the moderator for the event.

OSU President Burns Hargis will interview Chesapeake Energy Chairman and CEO Aubrey McClendon and Devon President and CEO John Richels about the energy industry. Conference topics include:

The 2012 Energy Conference, which already has almost 300 attendants registered, is sponsored by the Spears School of Business, the Center for Executive and Professional Development and the Department of Finance at Oklahoma State University in cooperation with the Natural Gas and Energy Association of Oklahoma.
