President's Masterworks Concert this weekend

The OSU Music Department will perform Carl Orff's Carmina Burana for the annual President's Masterworks Concert on Saturday, March 10, at 8 p.m. and Sunday, March 11, at 2:30 p.m., in the concert hall of the Seretean Center for the Performing Arts.

The concert will feature the Symphony Orchestra, Concert Chorale, University Singers, and the Women's Chorus. Faculty performances will include Drs. Anne-Marie Condacse and John Seesholtz, as well as a guest performance by Dr. Matthew Oglesby. Douglas Droste, conductor of the OSU Symphony Orchestra, will direct the concert.

Tickets for this event are available in the Music Office, 132 Seretean Center. The price is $10 for reserved seating and $7 for student reserved seating. Tickets will also go on sale at the box office one hour before each concert. For more information, contact Holli Stevens at (405) 744-8998.
