The Ranchers Club closed for upgrades through Aug. 5

The Ranchers Club will be closed for renovations until Monday, Aug. 6. During the renovation process, the flooring will be refinished, the buffet area will be remodeled, lighting will be improved, chairs will be replaced and several other aesthetic changes will be made.

“We have the opportunity to take what we have and enhance it with updated amenities,” said Kaarthik Iyer, The Ranchers Club food and beverage manager. “These updates will set the bar for a higher standard of service and quality. There is much excitement in re-launching The Ranchers Club with its new improvements and showcasing Chef Donald Pritchett’s avant-garde style, reflected in his eclectic dishes.”

The Ranchers Club, located on the first floor of the OSU Student Union, is operated by University Dining Services. The restaurant, and its elegant Western ambiance, offers a fine dining experience featuring signature steaks, eclectic entrées and delectable dishes, most of which feature farm to table fresh, local produce.  The Ranchers Club is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
