Oklahoma State University President Burns Hargis statement regarding GE’s plans announced Wednesday to build a world-class oil and gas global research center in Oklahoma:

“The announcement today by GE to build a world-class technology center focused on driving innovations in the all-important energy industry presents a significant opportunity for research institutions such as Oklahoma State University to collaborate on projects with a respected company revered for its technological acumen.
