Take a Survey, Help Your Community and Win an iPad Mini
Help guide decisions in a joint effort by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services and Oklahoma State to better understand alcohol-related issues in Payne County by filling out a brief survey and get your chance to win an iPad Mini courtesy of the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs. All survey answers are anonymous. The survey is open to everyone 18 and older and must be completed by Midnight September 2, 2013 to be included in the iPad Mini drawing.
