ComPsych Corporation has awarded Oklahoma State University its Health at Work Award for overall commitment to promoting employee health and wellness. OSU submitted the application for the award to ComPscyh, which is the world's largest provider for employee assistance program services.
"OSU is honored to be chosen for this prestigious wellness award and ComPsych is definitely a valuable partner in our journey to become America's healthiest Campus," said Jamie Payne, assistant vice president and chief human resources officer at OSU. “With our strong programs in physical activity and nutrition, we are now building a solid foundation on emotional health through the partnership with ComPsych. This holistic approach is reaching more people than ever before through our newly expanded Employee Assistance Program.”
ComPsych presented the honor to OSU on Aug. 22. The award was given to only 20 organizations nationally, including OSU.
