West College Addition sewer project meeting tonight

Public meeting on West College Addition project  

The City of Stillwater is holding a public meeting for those who live or own property in the West College Addition to discuss an upcoming sewer replacement project, which is scheduled to begin construction Oct. 20 and run through summer 2014.

The come-and-go public meeting will be held Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 5 to 6 p.m. at the Pi Beta Phi Sorority House, 324 S. Cleveland St. Staff will be available to answer questions about all phases of the project, such as how it will affect parking, trash service, and sewer service.

This project will affect 11 city blocks in the area north of 6th Avenue to and including 4th Avenue, along Walnut, Pine, Gray, Stanley and Blakely Streets, as well as 4th Avenue, from Blakely to Jefferson.
