Industrial Engineering and Management students receive awards

Rodriguez, a graduate student from Colombia, received the John L. Imhoff Scholarship
from the Institute of Industrial Engineers. The scholarship is awarded to one student
who presents significant contributions to the development of industrial engineering
through international understanding.
Moradi, who is also a graduate student from Tehran, Iran, received the Lift Manufacturers
Product Section Honor Scholarship. The Material Handling Industry of America’s Education
Foundation awards this scholarship to distinguished industrial engineering students
who show superior academic achievements.
Both Cannon, from Enid, Okla., and Anderson, from Tulsa, Okla., are undergraduate
students, who received the Howard Bernstein Industrial Distribution Scholarship sponsored
by TVH Americas from the Material Handling Education Foundation. Recipients of this
scholarship must be enrolled in an industrial distribution curriculum that furthers
awareness and recognition of the material handling industry.
The Material Handling Education Foundation also recognized Mojo, an undergraduate
student from Bakersfield, Calif., for distinction in material handling and logistics.
The Material Handling Education Foundation is an independent charitable organization
