Wednesday, August 20, 2014
In response to a challenge from Oklahoma Governor Mary Fallin, OSU President Burns
Hargis and Coach Mike Gundy took the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge this morning. They challenged
the entire Oklahoma State University student body, Eskimo Joe’s founder Stan Clark
and Pistol Pete to join them in supporting ALS.
The student challenge will take place at 4 p.m. Thursday on Library Lawn. All students
are encouraged to join Stan Clark and Pistol Pete for what could be the largest group
ALS challenge to date.
To support ALS research, collection buckets will be available on the Student Union
Plaza throughout the day and during the ALS challenge event.
Join the fun and beat the heat Thursday at 4 p.m.!
