12 hour course presented in three 4-hour sessions

Thursday, September 11 (6 to 9 p.m.)

RAD is Rape Aggression Defense Systems
12 class hours include:
Awareness
Prevention
Risk Reduction
Avoidance
Hands-on self defense training
RAD is not a martial arts program.
Courses are taught by certified RAD instructors
The RAD System offers a LIFETIME return and practice policy anywhere in the United States or Canada.
