Student veterans invited to information briefing

All student veterans are invited to attend an informal OSU Veterans Information Briefing on Tuesday, Sept. 9, at 5 p.m. on the fourth floor of the Student Union.

This is an opportunity to introduce students to veteran organizations in the Stillwater community, provide valuable health and education benefit information from the VA, explain the Veteran Entrepreneur Program and to raise interest in a self-governing Veteran Student Organization.

Representatives from the American Legion, OSU's Veterans Affairs office, Riata Center of Entrepreneurship and many more will be present to promote their programs and the benefits they offer to veterans.

The meting should not last more than an hour and is open to all students with a military service contract (such at ROTC cadets), and active duty and reserve personnel.
