Students receive Honors College Degrees

Ten December graduates received Honors College degrees during a recent ceremony of the Oklahoma State University Honors College.
The students were hooded by their thesis director or a college representative. Students
who earn their Honors College Degree have the right to wear an honors hood with their
graduation regalia. Students who completed other Honors College awards were also recognized
and received a certificate for the award.
The Honors College Degree is the highest honor conferred with the undergraduate degree
at OSU and is earned by completing both the General Honors Award and the Departmental
or College Honors Award. A minimum grade point average of 3.5 is required for each
of these awards, according to the Honors College.
