Waychoff memorial service tonight at OSU

A memorial service in celebration of the life of Kasey Waychoff is set for 8:30 p.m. (tonight) in the Student Union Atrium on the OSU campus. Waychoff, a 19-year-old international business sophomore at OSU, was killed when she was struck by a vehicle last Friday in Gulf Shores, Ala. She was an active member of Gamma Phi Beta sorority and served as vice president of finance.
Waychoff’s funeral is scheduled for Friday in her hometown of Flower Mound, Texas, at 2 p.m. in the Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church. OSU is supplying six buses to transport more than 300 of Waychoff’s sorority sisters and fraternity brothers to the funeral.
Waychoff’s family and sorority have asked that, in lieu of flowers, donations be sent to one of two scholarship funds, including the OSU Foundation Kasey Waychoff Scholarship, call Michal Shaw at 405-385-5147, and the Gamma Phi Beta Kasey Waychoff Scholarship at 1405 W. 3rd Street, Stillwater, OK 74074.
