Oklahoma State University among top universities for value, student experience

Oklahoma State University is 29th in Niche’s Best Colleges list of Top Public Universities for 2016. Oklahoma State is the second highest rated university from the Big 12. The University of Texas tops the list, which is based on key statistics and student reviews.

Niche states the top ranked public colleges are elite academic institutions that provide a good value for in-state students and offer an exceptional college experience. The Top Public Universities ranking provides a comprehensive assessment of total quality of the education and experience provided by the college.

The ranking of 515 public institutions takes into account key factors such as the strength of the academic program, the aptitude of professors, the quality of campus amenities, the general character of student life, as well as student reviews in an attempt to measure the overall excellence of the college experience.
