OSU’s online master's engineering programs rise to top 25

U.S. News has ranked the OSU College of Engineering Architecture and Technology’s (CEAT) online master's engineering programs 25th among public institutions and 31st among other regionally accredited institutions, a significant increase from 56th in the 2014-2015 rankings.

"The goal in our strategic plan was to have our program recognized in the top-50 public engineering schools, and we are now in the top 25," says CEAT Dean Paul Tikalsky. "We give a lot of credit to Kristi Wheeler, CEAT distance education manager, for leading our continued efforts to deliver HD quality programs, and the new leadership of Tim Hardin, director of the masters of engineering and technology management program, in helping to improve the assessment of our programs."

CEAT currently offers three online graduate degree programs, including Electrical and Computer Engineering, under the leadership of Jeffrey Young, while Sunderesh Heragu leads Engineering and Technology Management, and Industrial Engineering and Management.
