OSU/A&M Regents approve personnel actions

Numerous Oklahoma State University personnel actions were approved during the OSU/A&M Board of Regents meeting Oct. 26, 2018 in Langston, Oklahoma. 

NEW APPOINTMENTS: James Beckstrom, assistant professor of professional practice and director, Engineering, Architecture and Technology.

CHANGES: Jacinta Mutambuki, appointment to the Edward Barlett Professorship of Pedagogy, Chemistry; Craig Watters, appointment as director of the Institute for Global Social Entrepreneurship and to the International Chair in Entrepreneurship; Juliana Nykolaiszyn, appointment as department head of Digital Resources and to the Wood Professorship, Library.

RETIREMENT: Robert Whiteley, Chemical Engineering, Oct. 10, 2018; Subhash Kak, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Jan. 10, 2019; Ramakumar Ramachandra, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Jan. 7, 2018; Janet Ahrberg, Library, Jan. 2, 2019; Steven Locy, Library, Jan. 2, 2019; Lynne Simpson, Library, Oct. 29, 2018; Lee Bird, Student Affairs, Jan. 4, 2019.
