OSU/A&M Regents approve personnel actions

Several Oklahoma State University personnel actions were approved during the OSU/A&M Board of Regents meeting Friday in Miami, Oklahoma.  

NEW APPOINTMENTS: Sadiq Albuhamood, teaching assistant professor, Computer Sciences; Hamed Gholizadeh, assistant professor, Geography; Thomas LaVanchy, assistant professor, Geography; Kara Moore, assistant professor, Psychology; Garrett Pollert, teaching assistant professor, Psychology; Amalia Strothmann, associate professor (action grants tenure), Library.

CHANGES: Laurie Lucas, associate professor, director, Spears Chair & Ethics Chair, appointment as director, Center for Legal Studies and Business Ethics and appointment to the chair in Business Ethics; Goutam Chakraborty, professor, SAS professor and director, appointment as director, Business Analytics and Data Sciences Program, Marketing and International Business.

RETIREMENT: Toni Graham, English, July 1, 2019; Robert Baron, Entrepreneurship, Sept. 1, 2019.
