OSU and KOSU radio are bringing research to life through a biweekly radio show that highlights the work being done at Oklahoma State University.
Research Matters airs on KOSU's morning show every other Thursday with the next episode airing on Sept. 23.
The show highlights the impact of OSU’s research on everyday life and the contribution OSU research makes to the world.
“At OSU, we pride ourselves in conducting research that not only advances various scientific and scholarly fields, but also directly impacts the lives of Oklahomans,” said Vice President of Research Dr. Kenneth Sewell. “We use various tools to get that message out to our community, our alumni, and the State of Oklahoma.”
Each month's first episode features a sneak peek of the Research On Tap guest speaker. Research On Tap, a monthly series connecting the public with research, is held the third Monday of the month. The second episode of Research Matters dives into a vast array of new and interesting research going on at OSU.
“We are delighted to add the bi-weekly OSU Research Matters radio spot to our tool-kit,” Sewell said.
