Leisure Studies to Receive Awards at National Conference

The leisure studies programs at OSU will be recognized at the national meeting of Rho Phi Lambda during the National Recreation and Park Association Conference coming up in October. Rho Phi Lambda is the national honor fraternity for recreation, park, therapeutic recreation and leisure studies.
Undergraduate students Hannah Peterson and Ellen St. John will receive Outstanding Undergraduate Awards; Catalina Palacios will be presented the National Rho Phi Lambda Outstanding Graduate Student Scholar Award; and the OSU Alpha Kappa chapter of Rho Phi Lambda will be recognized with the Chapter Incentive Award for the Recreation Student Development Conference the group is hosting in February.
