Oklahoma State University’s Coalition for Advancing Digital Research and Education (CADRE) recognized Kate Korneva as the candidate to attend the 2018 CADRE Conference. Korneva also recieved the People's Choice Award for her poster. Korneva presented her research that used neuroimaging to map brain responses of 60 participants in two different retail environment layouts. The layouts had been developed using virtual reality. Korneva is a junior studying interior design.
The CADRE conference brings together regional research computer professionals, librarians, researchers, educators, and students interested in advancing digital research and education across all disciplines. In April, OSU hosted the second annual CADRE conference that Korneva attended.
