Ticket prices for the Euphoria Fashion Show are $25 for general admission and $50 for VIP admission. VIP ticket holders will enjoy a reception from 6:30-7:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres and an opportunity to visit with student designers in the Student Union French Lounge along with special VIP seating at the fashion show. Seating for the show will begin at 7 p.m.
Tickets can be purchased online at http://okla.st/OSUEuphoria2018 or from members of the fashion show production class.
The Euphoria Fashion Show is a way for all design students to showcase their work at the end of spring semester. All the garments featured in the show have been designed, produced and created by students as class assignments or outside projects while studying apparel design at OSU.
This year’s show is produced and directed by the 17 members of the fashion show production class. Co-producers are merchandising seniors Bailey Watts, Colony, Texas, and Abby Camargo, Sand Springs, Oklahoma. The class is taught by clinical instructor Diane Limbaugh.
In addition to the fashion show, the DHM advisory board will be hosting the second annual silent auction. Gifts are arriving from around the state with contributions from the Pioneer Woman Mercantile, Rustic Cuff and Kendra Scott jewelry, OSU Athletics items, including a signed football and basketball, lodging venues and more. The funds raised will be used to add wall tackable surfaces to publicly display student work in the Human Sciences building. The silent auction will open at 5:30 p.m. in the Student Union Theater lobby and close at 7:30 p.m.
A professional DVD of the show can be preordered online or at the show for $20. DVD sales will remain online for three weeks after the show and can either be picked up or shipped when available.
