Tickets now on sale for 2019 Euphoria Fashion Show

Friday, February 22, 2019

EUPHORIA – AN ORANGE CARPET AFFAIR returns to the campus of Oklahoma State University on April 19, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. in the Student Union Theater. For the eighth straight year, apparel design and production students’ creations will be featured in a high-energy, runway fashion show produced by the Department of Design, Housing and Merchandising (DHM) in the College of Human Sciences.

The Euphoria Fashion Show is a way for all design students to showcase their work at the end of spring semester. All the garments featured in the show have been designed, produced and created by students as class assignments or outside projects while studying apparel design at OSU.

This year’s show is produced and directed by the 24 members of the fashion show production class and will showcase the design collections of four seniors. Co-producers are apparel design and production senior Tristan Norred and merchandising senior Mia Jones. The class is taught by instructor Diane Limbaugh.

Ticket prices for the Euphoria Fashion Show are $25 for general admission and $50 for VIP admission and can be purchased online at http://okla.st/OSUEUPHORIA2019 or from members of the fashion show production class.

Seating for the show will begin at 7 p.m. VIP ticket holders will enjoy a reception from 6:30-7:30 p.m. with hors d’oeuvres, an opportunity to visit with student designers, VIP seating at the fashion show and access to a special silent auction hosted by the DHM advisory board. Auction items include items signed by OSU coaches, blown glass, lodging and restaurant gift cards, a condo rental in the Florida Keys, artwork, a Steelecase office chair, a party at Muse Intimates in Tulsa’s Utica Square, Rustic Cuff bracelets and an Eskimo Joe’s gift basket. Proceeds from the auction will help DHM purchase male dress forms and easels to display student work during exhibitions.
