Andy McPherson and OSU Outreach work with Saudi Arabian fire protection engineers

This past week, Professional Development offered a weeklong program in conjunction with the Saudi Arabian Chapter of the Society of Fire Protection Engineers.  The course took place at the Park Inn Hotel, Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, on January 11-15, 2015.   The title of this course is, “Fire Protection Projects, Design, Commissioning and Retrofits.”  This is the first of a series of four courses Professional Development will offer in Saudi Arabia.  The other courses are as follows:

• April 12-16, 2015 – “Special Hazard Fire Protection: Fire pumps, Clean Agents, Foam and Other Special Hazards”
• August 16-20, 2015 – “Process Safety”
• November 15-19, 2015 – “Review and Applications of NFPA 101, Life Safety Code”
