Winning this prestigious award is an exceptional honor and further recognition of
his talents - winning the KRob competition is just one more entry/win on his long
list of accomplishments (International ASAI Sketch Award, ACSA Educator Award, Design
Intelligence top 40 Architectural Educators and a collection of OSU and CEAT awards).
The annual Ken Roberts Architectural Delineation Competition was established by the
Dallas AIA as an international competition in 1974 and has been named after the architect
Ken Roberts, who was recognized for his talent in ink prospective drawing. KRob recognizes
original works that best represent the artistic qualities of both hand-drawn and digital
formats. The KRob competition is currently considered to be the most senior architectural
competition in the world.
