The Oklahoma State University Fire Council has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board to further promote increased understanding in the safety of the public and first responders from fire.

"This landmark agreement between the OSU Fire Council and the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board is expected to contribute to the instruction, research and outreach mission of the university and is made on behalf of 20 seperate fire-related programs within the OSU system," says Clayton Moorman, departmental manager for CEAT professor development. "The Dallas-Fort Worth Airport has an exceptional facility for both training and research that will give OSU additional resources to not only equipment, but experienced personnel in the fire service.
