What tribe/nation are you a citizen or member of?

I am a member of the Muscogee Nation. Okmulgee is the tribes’ capital.

I decided OSU-CHS was best for me because the programs offered here best align with helping me achieve my academic and career goals.

What has the experience been like so far at OSU-CHS?

The experience here so far has been great. The faculty and staff are beyond helpful, and I feel like I have the support that I need in trying to navigate to the next level.

How has being Native American impacted your life or your decision to follow a certain career path?

Being Native American and utilizing the tribal health care system helped me decide on a career in health care to not only improve the system to be more effective, but also be the representation needed in this field.
