Students at Rose State College now have expanded opportunities to seamlessly transfer into OSU Institute of Technology’s (OSUIT) Bachelor of Technology in Applied Industry Leadership (BT AIL) program, thanks to four new articulation agreements between the institutions.
These agreements provide a clear pathway for Rose State College students earning an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree to continue their education at OSUIT, allowing students to transfer more credits and complete their bachelor’s degree efficiently. The agreements include:
- AAS in Accounting → BT in Applied Industry Leadership
- AAS in Business Administration with Marketing/Social Media Option → BT in Applied Industry Leadership
- AAS in Business Administration with Supply Chain Management & Logistics Option → BT in Applied Industry Leadership
- AAS in Business Administration: General Business Administration Option → BT in Applied Industry Leadership
Eligible students can transfer up to 58 credit hours, reducing their time to degree completion.
“We are excited to expand our partnership with Rose State College through these articulation agreements,” said Dr. Trey Hill, vice provost at OSUIT. “This initiative aligns with OSUIT’s land-grant mission to increase accessibility and provide students with a clear, structured pathway to earning a four-year degree.”
To qualify for the BT AIL program, applicants must hold an AAS degree or higher with a minimum GPA of 2.0 and submit a completed OSUIT application for admission.
“The collaborative work of OSUIT with Rose State College highlights the power of partnerships in expanding opportunities and removing barriers for student success,” said Dr. Heather Ortiz, dean of the School of Arts, Sciences & Health.
For students looking to advance their careers through OSUIT’s Bachelor of Technology in Applied Industry Leadership, these agreements provide a clear, cost-effective path to a four-year degree. Learn more at online or contact Dr. Melissa Dreyer.
