Culinary Arts to Offer Cake Decorating Course

Culinary Arts will offer two identical seven-week cake-decorating courses, Sept. 6 through Oct. 20 and Oct. 30 through Dec. 15. Both courses will meet from 6 to 9:30 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
