NAE selects OSU team to represent U.S. at the 2019 Global Grand Challenges Summit

The U.S. National Academy of Engineering (NAE) selected an OSU team among five teams and an alternative team to represent the United States in a business plan competition at the 2019 Global Grand Challenges Summit in London on September 12-18, 2019. The Aerospace Propulsion and Power Program in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) at OSU scored the highest turbojet thrust-to-weight improvement at the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) sponsored Aerospace Propulsion Outreach Program (APOP) challenge held in Dayton, OH at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base on May 15 – 18th.

MAE student Cole Replogle awarded Goldwater Scholarship

Cole Replogle, a junior in the College of Engineering, Architecture and Technology (CEAT) is one of Oklahoma State University’s 2019 Goldwater Scholars. Replogle is one of three OSU students receiving the Goldwater Scholarship. This is the third year in a row that OSU students were selected to receive the scholarship, and only the second time OSU has had three student recipients in the same year, the first being in 2008.
