Gropius Project sparks campuswide collaboration for OSU students

The Gropius Project was launched, using a transdisciplinary approach that involves OSU faculty and students along with the U.S. Department of State to renovate the Gropius building, preserving its significant external architecture while gutting and repurposing the interior for exhibits and events.

Six Oklahoma State University professors from a variety of backgrounds are combining their talents to research stopping future pandemics. Faculty members from OSU’s College of Arts and Sciences were recently awarded a $500,000 National Science Foundation grant to conduct multidisciplinary research and model the effects of COVID-19 in Oklahoma to plan effective mitigation efforts for the coronavirus and potential future pandemics.

History professor receives Ryskamp Fellowship

Yonglin Jiang, assistant professor in the Oklahoma State University Department of History, has been awarded the Charles A. Ryskamp Research Fellowship from the American Council of Learned Societies. The ACLS awarded 11 Ryskamp Fellowships in the 2006-07 competition.
