Alumni Cross the Stage-Many Years Later

James Cavender, class of 1953, and Jerry Ott, class of 1970, both completed their degree programs in the college but military duty kept them from participating in their respective graduation ceremonies. Now, decades later, the two celebrated the degrees they hold dear with their family and friends.

Moghaddam Wins People’s Choice at OSU President’s Fellows Grand Three Minute Challenge

Masoud Moghaddam, Ph.D. student in health and human performance, won the People’s Choice Award and a $2,000 cash prize at the President’s Fellows Grand Three Minute Challenge (3MC) on April 24. Moghaddam has now won People’s Choice at all three competitions he participated in this year using his research presentation, “Move Out of Your Comfort Zone: High Intensity Interval Training Delays Early Muscle Aging.”

Interior design students participate in service learning project with Town and Gown Theater

As part of a service learning project, Oklahoma State University interior design students created renovation plans for Stillwater’s Town and Gown Theater. Design work from the 24 students in Design, Housing and Merchandising professor Paulette Hebert’s Environmental Design Studio course is on display through the end of May in Town and Gown’s Wagner Gallery.
