From archeological digs revealing the history of civilizations to contemplations on hidden meanings in novels, layers surround us in abstract and material ways. The “Layered Voices” exhibition, featuring the work of 23 artists in textiles that illustrate each artist’s interpretation of layers, will be on display at the OSU Museum of Art until Aug. 18.
