EUPHORIA – AN ORANGE CARPET AFFAIR returns to the campus of Oklahoma State University on April 19, 2019, at 8:00 p.m. in the Student Union Theater. For the eighth straight year, apparel design and production students’ creations will be featured in a high-energy, runway fashion show produced by the Department of Design, Housing and Merchandising (DHM) in the College of Human Sciences.

OSU Hospitality Days set for February 18-19

The Oklahoma State University School of Hospitality and Tourism will host its 63rd annual Hospitality Days, February 18-19, 2019, in the north wing of the Human Sciences Building. The event includes a career fair and industry connection opportunities for students and hospitality professionals. On Monday, February 18, at 1 p.m. students will hear from a panel of recently graduated hospitality professionals with a keynote address from Operation Blue Shield founder and CEO Toni Brinker to follow.

CEAT highlights Jesse Langston in honor of Black History Month

Jesse Langston graduated from Oklahoma State University in 1985, with a degree in Electrical Engineering. Langston came to OSU with a scholarship intended for minorities in the engineering field. In the 1980s, it was difficult for minority students to get into the Science, Technology, Engineering and Math industry. This scholarship program recruited and retained Oklahoma talent in minority groups to become successful in their future engineering careers.

The team is passionate about improving the lives of Oklahomans through research, outreach and engagement. OSU Center for Health Sciences announces medical school scholarships in honor of the nation’s first tribally affiliated medical school

Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) announced the establishment of multiple scholarship funds totaling $475,000 from the Cherokee Nation, Chickasaw Nation, Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma and 13 private donors in honor of the nation’s first tribally affiliated medical school – the OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine at the Cherokee Nation.
