OSU's USRI receives first FAA authorization to fly unmanned aircraft in swarms

OSU’s Unmanned Systems Research Institute (USRI) received its certificate of authorization from the FAA to permit flights of a fixed wing aircraft swarm within national airspace, making them the first in the country to receive this authorization.

OSU educational technology online master’s program receives top 10 ranking

Oklahoma State University has been recognized as having one of the top 10 online master’s in educational technology degree programs by College Values Online. Selection criteria includes accreditation, rankings in major publications and affordability. FAPC assists with validation of South African dried meat product

Beef jerky a staple in the salty snack realm across the country, and the United States Department of Agriculture requires specifics during production to ensure the dried beef is safe to consume. However, those standards are not upheld around the globe. Researchers at Oklahoma State University’s Robert M. Kerr Food & Agricultural Products Center recently assisted Stormberg Foods, a family-owned South African company, with the validity process of producing biltong, a novel version of beef jerky.
